Gault&Millau's review2025
Don't be fooled by the number of vehicles parked at the top of the pass: it's not just for the view. For decades, this inn has been the ideal stopover between Ajaccio and Propriano, offering travelers good, solid cuisine inspired by the island's produce, without folklore or fuss: salads, cold meats and cheeses, pastas and omelettes, tripe and sautéed veal, figatelli and hearty entrecôte. The large plank for two is €39. A warm welcome and well-chosen local wines (Capitoro, Abbatucci, Sant Armettu...).
