Chef's Restaurant After a few seasons of relative stagnation, the Jeudi family's Bon Laboureur has acquired the services of Julien Perrodin, who was Olivier Roellinger's right-hand man before opening Barju in Tours and then taking over Petit Vatel in Alençon. His aim is to gradually modernize a cuisine that has become a little too sclerotic. Our first impressions confirm that our former "Jeune Talent" trophy winner (in 2012) has lost none of the verve he displayed at his previous addresses, but that there is still a lot of work to be done. The two toques, which had been wavering for some time, are still relevant. To be continued.
