Original Restaurant A charming inn at the confluence of rivers, in the land of Colette, where sincerity and terroir play in concert to offer the weary traveler an evening's rest and a meal of unquestionable hospitality. The classics fill the plates in all their generosity: a terrine of parsley ham à la bourguignonne, grilled andouillette de Troyes with onions, braised beef fondant à la bourguignonne, a fine apple tart. Friendly service.
