Original Restaurant A must for tourists arriving through the main gate, Dame Carcas is the gateway to the Cité, with menus designed to appeal to the widest possible audience at the lowest possible prices. The unbeatable menu at under €20 is a real crowd-pleaser, with gizzard salad, cassoulet or coustellous, and a banoffee for dessert. A wide choice of formulas and à la carte dishes.
