It's a lovely inn in the heart of the Beaujolais region, the ideal starting point for discovering the region's rich winegrowing history. Perched high above the countryside, the house offers a breathtaking view, which can also be admired from the table of Romain Barthe, a former Troisgros chef in Roanne. He applies his savoir-faire to a range of beautiful blind menus, from €59 to €119, in which he demonstrates his research, following the seasons and his inspirations. To accompany the experience, we recommend the wines of the region.
