Just outside Cabourg, Thierry Ramard’s charming inn is a highly recommended stop for its wonderful takes on Normandy cuisine. The current set menu, priced at €33, is very well-balanced, offering local and seasonal dishes at a reasonable price. Don’t miss the haddock croque with lemon-infused mozzarella cream, the sirloin flank steak with pepper sauce, fries, and baby vegetables, and the chocolate profiteroles with vanilla ice cream.
