Gourmet Restaurant A classic in the neighborhood, this restaurant is once again recognized for its loyalty, atmosphere and ritual. You can spend quite a lot of money here if you indulge in the sole meunière and the château pepper sauce, but the plates are generous and the savoir-faire permanent: the dozen escargots, the blanquette de veau and the rhubarb amandine make a lunch well worth a toque.
