Gourmet Restaurant Rising from the flames, the famous bouchon reopened its doors last spring, still dashing, still loyal. Here you'll find everything we've loved here for decades: loyalty, faithfulness, a sense of sharing. Everything is typical, so indulge yourself with the herring, poultry liver terrine or cake, Morgon hot sausage, gribiche sapper apron or andouillette gratin. Crème caramel is a priori indispensable, and the cellar has rather good reflexes (Petite Gallée in coteaux, Foillard in morgon...).
