Selected Not far from the village square, in the heart of the vineyards, this rather plainly decorated bistro offers a comforting, old-fashioned experience in keeping with the genre. The small wooden tables, the suggestions on the slate and the chairs are in the Thonet spirit, and the chef brings to life the classics of the repertoire, with great simplicity: a cocotte of crottin and fig, a terrine of trout with almonds, a logo of papa negra, or a chocolate flan. The cellar is logically well-stocked with Sancerre.
