Gourmet Restaurant The full-sequence menu proposed by Jean-Louis Duchêne in a blind taste test didn't take a penny, remaining stuck at €38.50 with the mood of the day, and upgradeable to €45 (an extra starter) or €54 (with cheese). For those who aren't fans of surprises, the weekly lunch menu is called "purchasing power" at €24, and nonetheless demonstrates the chef's savoir-faire, as with the melon and speck gazpacho or the peach of the day with tomato crushed and tarragon butter. A serious cellar with equally good yields.
