Gault&Millau's review2025
On the outskirts of Toulouse, this attractive businessman's restaurant has found a new chef at the piano. Following in the footsteps of Maxime Delbosc, Thibaut Barreau has taken up the torch for good, simple, well-crafted dishes, with attention to detail and accompaniments in particular. Neighbors come for the lunch menu, which is always attractive, and return in the evening for the surprise dinners prepared by the chef, who was a pupil of Franck Putelat. A fine set-up, an interesting tool, and a chef's hat that's holding up well. An interesting wine cellar led by Sophie, the sommelier, who also offers a pairing for the evening menu.
