Gourmet Restaurant Facing the harbor and the ballet of ferries, this magnificent table, decorated like the old mahogany cabins of the liners of yesteryear, is the perfect opportunity to rediscover the pleasures of the sea. The technique is rather contemporary, but there are, of course, a few classics that go down well. We'll be back for the fresh small plate of the sea, with crab claws, whelks and king prawns, cod with sesame seeds and soy butter, fish waterzoï and Angus beef pavé with Flemish sauce. Classic desserts.
