Between Madeleine and Opéra, a pleasant everyday bistro that comes alive with local residents. The menu is a logical collection of trends: rabbit ravioli and entrecôte maturée frites for the bourgeois theme, salmon tartare with cucumber, avocado, pineapple and corn, and a veggie burger for lightness and exoticism. Will you prefer pavlova or tatin for dessert? Very classic cellar, friendly welcome.
