Gourmet Restaurant A certain distinction reigns in this welcoming interior, where the chef knows how to innovate without going too far or bizarre, mastering his cooking and seasoning to offer advantageous formulas: pearly trout and cockles nashi in transparent turmeric galanga iodized cream marinière and seeds, wild boar filet mignon jus réduit condiment ciboulette échalote grenailles et shiitakés sablé viennois roasted bread milk of grilled mushrooms, ganache montée potimarron kalamansi, kumquats confits au miel de châtaignier chestnut cream kumquats poaching juice. This €39 sequence is a good option, as is the €25 lunch option. The service is precise, the cellar simple and well-priced, with a small selection by the glass.
