Gourmet Restaurant A sincere and coherent trattoria, advocating an engaging simplicity in both appearance and dishes. A bistro spirit with vintage accents presides over the experience, well orchestrated by Simone Tondo's former second-in-command, Matteo Testa. On the marble countertops, you'll find a fine selection of Neapolitan pizzas: magherita, regina, diavola, calzone... And well-turned classics: antipasti, maccheroncini alla carbonara, tagliatelle al ragù, braised salsiccia al vino rosso with melting mushrooms and pecorino mousse.
