Chef's Restaurant He surprised and delighted us last year by setting up his own business after a long stint at the Maison de l'Amérique Latine. Yasuo Nanaumi persists, joining his compatriots in the famous "let yourself be guided" (omakase, as it were) and his horrifying blind menus (69, 89 and 139 €). We won't hold it against him, though, because the two toques are right on the plate, and the welcome is exemplary.
