On the coastal road between Le Lavandou and Cavalaire, Dad's Maurin has evolved into a popular bourgeois and tourist restaurant. The small family-run inn of yesteryear is now a large Provençal brasserie that caters to all tastes, with an extensive menu dominated by the South: Niçoise-style grilled peppers, salads, Provençal-style octopus stew, vegetable wok with scampi, not forgetting wild fish at €8 per 100 g, which is in the low range on this part of the coast, and of course bouillabaisse.
