The place is typical, the half-timbered house enthroned in the middle of the little town, champion of the wine route with its sixty or so listed winegrowers. A few of them express themselves on this traditional menu, which draws a little from the terroir, with tartes flambées and "munstiflette", bouchée à la reine, pork cheeks...
