Gourmet Restaurant On the edge of the greens, a chic place to relax for golfers and their friends. Marc Lecroisey takes his brigade out on the fairways, where the grass is soft, the breeze light and the quality of the produce beyond reproach: frogs in tempura and parsley mousseline, leek tartlet and garlic cream, roast veal onglet chartreuse de chou, and fine cheeses. Classic cellar, faultless service.
