A down-to-earth seafood restaurant where Antonio Torrès has been at the helm for nearly twenty years. Staying the course—keeping the ship headed out to sea and sourcing ingredients thoughtfully from Rungis—he offers a consistently appetizing menu, featuring a few delightful classics such as the scallop salad, razor clams, ginger-glazed sea bass, as well as kidneys and warm Grand Marnier soufflé, and two set menus, including a lobster option.
