Gourmet Restaurant The village is magnificent, and this house is something of an emblem: a superb rustic dining room with a large fireplace, where Patrick Fritz brings out the best in the local produce, but not without adding a pinch of his own: foie gras, pâté en croûte, pike quenelles, sauerkraut, filet of beef with Ottrott red wine, as well as tuna tataki and rack of lamb au gratin with lemon confit butter and Anna apples. Nice cellar with local wines, always pleasant and attentive service.
