Gourmet Restaurant Having worked at the Negresco, Gérome has brought his good humor and sunny cuisine back from the South, highlighting recipes from Italy and Provence. It's an elegant cellar with a rather chic style, a change from the usual trattorias, where the chef offers a genuine Mediterranean proposal, well supported in the dining room by Jérôme and Kathy, the former looking after the Italian-style cellar, and the latter ensuring good service.
