Gourmet Restaurant Christophe Reuillon welcomes visitors to his charming 15th-century cellar, located on the beltway opposite the Hospices bastion. The elegant vaulted room has the charm of old stone, with bourgeois furnishings to match. Plates promote regional traditions, with eggs en meurette from the Pontot farm, a casserole of Burgundy snails, Dauphiné ravioli and garlic cream, beef cheek bourguignon, carrots and cébette, and a crème brûlée with Flavigny aniseed. Cellar with over seven hundred references.
