Gourmet Restaurant In a handsome stone-vaulted space on the boulevard, chef Christophe Reuillon knits together an attractive menu, with a hearty Burgundian fare for €38, but also more personal dishes that retain a regional flavour: crispy asparagus sabayon vin jaune, asparagus-creamed Arctic char, milk-fed veal heart of braised lettuce with steamed morels, French toast-style gingerbread...
