Gourmet Restaurant There are two of them, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room, in their discreet restaurant a little way from the center of town. Céline welcomes you with great kindness, while Caroline, in the kitchen, prepares seasonal produce and elegant dishes: salmon gravlax with beet, vegetable pickles or forest guinea fowl supreme with gingerbread sauce and parsnip purée. The flavor combinations are subtle, but sometimes not spicy enough. The wine suggestions are tasteful.
