The setting goes a long way for this restaurant set in the beautiful Palais de la Bourse, opened in 1860. The brasserie is open from dawn to dusk, making it practical at any time of day, for breakfast, lunch or tea time. Standard dishes include grilled octopus, Caesar salad, fillet of sea bass a la plancha and lamb confit with mashed potatoes. A fine dessert menu.
