For 50 years, Gault&Millau has been criss-crossing France, discovering the best restaurants, the finest produce and wines, and the best addresses. Its aim is to promote local gastronomy in every corner of France, and to offer the very best to those who like to know what goes on in the kitchen. This is how the Gault&Millau Tour came into being: regional events that celebrate and bring together all those involved in local gastronomy (chefs, their teams, producers, young people in training...).
