Thanksgiving and Sébastien Gaudard's pumpkin pie
To live the American adventure: The pumpkin pie is available from October 23 to November 8 and from November 20 to December 6 at Sébastien Gaudard.
As children begin to dress up, pumpkins (in full season, read here) turn into lanterns, and witches invade shop windows... pastry chef Sébastien Gaudard has come up with his own version of the festivities. He's taking part in the event with an original sweet tart with pumpkin and spices on a pure butter shortbread base, inspired by American culture.
