Apricot nose, roasted pineapple. Beautiful roast, balanced liquor, camphor notes on the finish. Lots of sugar, a slightly heavy roast. -16

Fresh, fruity nose, not very complex but elegant. Round, fresh, juicy palate for an excellent aperitif wine, full of charm and fruit - 16

A dense nose, with advanced roasting, notes of camphor, spices and roasted pineapple. A little heavy on the palate, lacking dynamism, slightly pommadé. - 16,5

Clos des Lunes - Sauternes - 2015 - White

Slightly encaustic nose, fresher with aeration, pineapple. Round, suave, full on the palate, with lovely notes of roasted pineapple, rum and a touch of vanilla. - 16,5+

Château Bastor-Lamontagne - Sauternes - 2015 - White

Apricot, a little pineapple, hints of saffron. Nice roast, medium fullness, spicy notes on the finish. Nice potential. - 17

Château Haut-Bergeron - Sauternes - 2015 - White

Fresh, dynamic nose of grass, fresh fruit, slight saffron. Ample, generous, well-balanced palate, beautifully roasted for a fresh, gourmet whole. A very fine Sauternes, excellent value for money. - 17

Aromatic, fresh, lively nose with lovely notes of roasted pineapple and apricot. Dense, beautifully roasted, balanced liquor. Very fine Sauternes for ageing. - 17,5

Château Coutet - Sauternes - 2015 - White

Encaustic nose, a little dappled, roasted pineapple and apricot on aeration. The palate is well established, straightforward and taut, with lovely freshness and magnificent aromatic complexity. Very Barsac in its palate construction. - 18

Château Guiraud - Sauternes - 2015 - White

A little closed on the nose, but with lovely pure notes of apricot, quince, elegant oak. Taut, lively, airy mouthfeel, very contemporary in what we expect from a Sauternes. Elegant and full. - 18

Château Suau - Sauternes - 2015 - White

Racy nose, Williams pear, apricot, beautiful ensemble. Full on the palate with tension, a beautiful roast, nobility for this wine with an interminable finish. A round, powerful Sauternes that should be cellared for at least 10 years. - 18

Château Suduiraut - Sauternes - 2015 - White

Beautiful, slightly camphorated nose, apricot, lots of freshness. Dense, round and juicy on the palate, with an airy finish. A little caramel, however. - 18

Château Sigalas Rabaud - Sauternes - 2015 - White

Beautiful nose, full and racy, fresh and delicate with hints of menthol. Juicy, full, fresh and full-bodied on the palate, simply magnificent. - 18,5+

Château Climens - Sauternes - 2015 - White

Precise nose, apricot, pineapple, white flowers, very complex but always elegant. On the palate, a touch of caramel, volume and tension, a delicate, airy finish. Simply magnificent on bitter orange. Superb Barsac tension - 19

Fresh, precise, very delicate nose with notes of pear, peach, pineapple and mineral. Elegant complexity. Beautiful full-bodied liqueur, precise, charming yet dense and suave. A great moment, a great Sauternes that lets its clay terroir express itself. - 19
