Everything you ever wanted to know about coffee, but were afraid to ask?
Anne Caron offers targeted sessions. To take part in the workshops: register at www.cafecaron.com or in the store at 32 rue de Nazaret, Paris 3rd arrondissement.
Anne Caron MOF has also written a book on the subject.
What is coffee?
Where does it come from? Which countries produce it?
How do you buy coffee? How do you grind it and taste it?
These are just some of the questions that Anne Caron, who is passionate about everything to do with coffee, will answer in this book. With a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in applied technologies for plant processing, she took over her parents' coffee roasting business a few years ago. In 2017, she was named France's best coffee roaster, and now heads a company with 150 employees. This first book is a small, visual encyclopedia of coffee, illustrated with infographics. This tool-book sets out to answer all the big questions we might have about coffee, which has become more than ever a vehicle for human relations, a tool for culture and sharing.
More generally, "Café Caron" is a meticulous blend made in the workshop from Arabica grands crus, harvested by hand with the utmost rigor in cherry selection. The company is also committed to a process of sustainable development and in-depth quality control, certified to ISO 9001.
