The seventh Bendorf festival takes place in April
On April 24, 25 and 26, 2026, the Bendorf Festival will take over Strasbourg's Centre Culturel Marcel Marceau, for a colorful seventh edition focusing on brewing, beer and local products.
Once again, the Bendorf microbrewery, founded in 2013 in a former garage, is holding its festival at the Centre culturel Marcel Marceau in Neudorf, to showcase its vintages and local produce. The event is eagerly awaited by Strasbourgeois for its conviviality and festivities.
Colorful first editions
This year, the Bendorf Festival will take place on April 24, 25 and 26, 2026 for a colorful 7ᵉ edition! After a first edition at the Maison Bleue in 2017, editions 2, 3 and 4 of the Bendorf Festival had taken over Espace 23 in the Neudorf. Then a 5ᵉ festival, smaller this time, had set up shop at the Phare Citadelle. Last year, the 6ᵉ edition took place at the Molodoï. This year, for this 7ᵉ edition, the Bendorf Festival is back at the Centre culturel Marcel Marceau, in Strasbourg's Neudorf district. An evening that promises to be " rich in emotion ", according to the organizers.
A weekend of beer and celebration
The three-day event will feature entertainment, DJ sets and tastings of local beers. Sixteen draught beers from Bendorf will be on offer throughout the festivities, including a special Bendorf Festival 2026 beer. There will also be plenty of food and entertainment on offer. While Friday and Saturday will be more festive: DJ sets and concerts of all kinds, from grunge to electro. Sunday, meanwhile, is more family-friendly, with quizzes and games, theatrical performances and storytelling. A little extra this year? The Ardèche region joins in the fun: the brasserie, La Chouette Restauration, will be present throughout the weekend.
Spreading the word about local mutual aid
One thing's for sure, the local spirit will once again shine through at this Strasbourg event: all bottles are brewed and bottled at the brewery in Strasbourg. What's more, 97% of the barley used for the beers is local, coming from Alsace and Lorraine. To highlight the local scene, while respecting the environment and local producers, no artificial flavoring is used, 94% of beers are sold within a 200 km radius, and 65,000 bottles are consigned and reused.
The spent grain is donated to a local farmer. " More than ever, the Bendorf brewery wants to promote local mutual aid ," concludes the organizer.
