In this new year 2020, Gault&Millau is delighted to present its new website entirely dedicated to the Gault&Millau Endowment for Young Talents!
Gault&Millau, a talent scout for more than 40 years, supports several promising chefs in their projects each year thanks to: "La Dotation Gault&Millau pour les Jeunes Talents" (The Gault&Millau Endowment for Young Talents).
In a nutshell, the Gault&Millau Endowment for Young Talent consists of :
- a grant of equipment and products donated by our partners ;
- an endowment in kind, given by our partners at the opening of the endowed restaurant;
- support from Gault&Millau's expert networks, and direct support from Gault&Millau in dealing with the public and financial bodies that the endowed chefs apply to;
- 4 events a year organized in several regions of France to present the prizes.
Are you a young chef planning to open your first restaurant in the near future, and are you interested in this project?
Then don't hesitate any longer, and send us your application by logging on to our website entirely dedicated to the Endowment: .
Do you know a young chef who might be interested in this Endowment? Then talk to them. As this event is in the service of tomorrow's French cuisine, we would be delighted and grateful to count a young person of your acquaintance among the beneficiaries of this "helping hand"!
What's more, Gault&Millau will be opening up the Endowment to Artisan Bakers in 2021, so don't hesitate to send us your applications now!
