Great Bordeaux wines at caviste prices in your restaurants
From March 15 to April 15, 30 restaurants will be offering table service at wine shop prices.
From March 15 to April 15, 30 restaurants are offering you Grands Crus on the table at wine shop prices, i.e. 3 times less than usual... A rare opportunity to put these great Bordeaux wines back where they should never have left them: on your best tables.

This is the 7th edition of the "carte sur table" operation run by Duclot La Vinicole, a distributor of Bordeaux grands crus to the restaurant trade. For one month, 30 establishments in Paris and the surrounding regions will be offering one or more Bordeaux grands crus at a deliberately low price, so you can enjoy them at the table.
The wine merchant price
With this fixed price per bottle, whatever the establishment (see list below), you can treat yourself in a fine establishment for the price you would have bought the bottle in a wine shop.

A special dish
Chefs at participating restaurants, many of them Gault&Millau toqués, will choose a particular wine and prepare a specific dish that will remain on the menu only for the duration of the operation. This year's theme is the reinterpretation of the great classics of French cuisine. Great pairings in store...
Reservations
Don't hesitate to mention the operation when making your reservation. You can even reserve the wine you'd like to taste. What's more, some restaurants will even offer you these great Bordeaux wines by the glass.

A complete selection
15 great wines make up this year's table menu, including a racy white (Domaine de Chevalier 2012), an explosive Sauternes (Rieussec 2003) and 13 superb reds from both shores, from 1999 to 2012. From €50 to €690, you'll find what you're looking for among the great names on offer.
Our favorites this year
Clos Fourtet 2005 and its truffle notes, Palmer 2006 for its masterful elegance, Cos d'Estournel 2012 for its spicy power or Cheval Blanc 2006 for the purity of its fruit. But all, without exception, are worth a visit to the restaurant, and there's no shortage of prestigious labels (see full list below).

The restaurants
From the bistro to Pierre Gagnaire's 5 toques, 30 restaurants are playing cards on the table this season, mainly in Paris, Bordeaux and the Alps. Of particular note are two establishments in La Rochelle and Gigondas.
