Champagne Collet opens the "Bubble Suite" at the Hilton Paris Opéra and launches "Bubble Time".
Inaugurated on January 18, Champagne bar Bubble Suite by Champagne Collet revisits the aperitif moment and, like Tea Time, launches "Bubble Time": a selection of Champagnes paired with aperitif bites and cocktail creations, to be enjoyed in a chic, Art Deco atmosphere.
Bubble Time: effervescent tea time
The Hilton Paris Opera and Champagne Collet have pooled their expertise to share the emotion of a unique experience in the "Bubble Suite", where spirit, finesse and gourmandise are the watchwords.
From Wednesday to Friday, 5pm to 10pm, the Bubble Suite opens its doors for a sparkling, gourmet voyage.
Champagne Collet has selected 6 cuvées that Hilton Paris Opera Chef Eric Lenormand has paired with aperitif treats.
