Grandiose! The Emperor Menu will make all the difference to your guests. Everything ready to eat. A chef and maître d' can provide service on request. On the menu: Kaspia Selection Cup, tarama canapés, Kamchatka king crab and crayfish salad or traditional Norwegian smoked salmon and blinis, baked potato garnished with caviar, seasonal dessert.

This menu is accompanied by Kaspia vodka (white vodka), Sancerre white wine and/or Kaspia champagne.

A great way to discover or rediscover the Kaspia house This prestigious house remains a benchmark address for caviar and diversified fine products. Founded in 1927 by Russian émigré Arcady Fixon, Kaspia was instrumental in introducing Parisians to fresh caviar, and since then it has enjoyed constant public acclaim. Caviar, fish roe, smoked fish, foies gras and a fine range of vodkas. Recently reopened, the house offers a home sales site (see here) .
