Alexandre Frin has recently set up shop in a superb semi-circular red-brick building just a stone's throw from the sea, where he delights us with his oceanic cuisine, in which vegetables are ultra-present and can sometimes be the central element of the plate. Let yourself be seduced by the beef heart confit, sea lettuce yogurt and nori green bean salad. Alain Batt has made a name for himself the world over. He patented the minicroissant concept. His fromage blanc tart is a knockout. He has developed a gourmet range based on bergamot, a citrus fruit imported to Nancy and adopted. Philippe Renault is no ordinary baker. On your way back from the beach, you'll come across his newly refurbished store. Sourdough breads, Gana flutes, special breads and cakes, salted butter caramel (very local)... are all home-made products. And the "paris-dinard" rivals the paris-brest with a base of roasted buckwheat, a little praline, a little caramel, all in the shape of a triskel, a Breton delicacy to leave in everyone's hands.
