Exceptional Hotel A still-secret address whispered only among insiders. Away from the hustle and bustle of central Bordeaux, this former private mansion has been transformed into an atypical 5-star hotel with just 12 rooms and suites, where antique furniture mingles with designer pieces and objets d'art, not to mention luxurious sofas and lighting fixtures (Tom Dixon), majestic floral carpets and imposing fireplaces. A rare place that bears witness to a true universe, that of hostess Agnès Guiot du Doignon, passionate about design and architecture. Reserved exclusively for guests, the restaurant is run by Agnès, who concocts seasonal, gourmet and refined menus, served on request in the room or dining room. A special mention goes to the breakfasts, where everything is homemade, including jam, yoghurt and hot chocolate! "Last but not least, Yndō is also a fisherman's hut for two on the Arcachon basin, where the same elegance of purpose is combined.
