Also built during the Art Deco period, this palace has preserved its signature pink-grey façade. Facing the sea and sheltered from the crowds, it now houses 60 rooms and suites that blend contemporary spirit with oriental accents (golds, moucharabiehs and sculpted furniture), not to mention a 170 m2 villa, hidden between pines and bougainvillea. The hotel's main asset is that almost every room opens onto the Mediterranean, revealing a dreamlike landscape with the red rocks of the Esterel plunging into the violet waters. The establishment also boasts 2 restaurants led by Alain Montigny, l'Or Bleu and le Moya, right on the water, as well as a spa offering a range of Sothys and Fillmed treatments from around the world, not to mention exceptional Ayurvedic massages. Last but not least, a magnificent infinity pool and a huge pontoon with deckchairs for a break before a plunge into the Grande Bleue.
