Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located on Place Sainte-Catherine, the hotel comprises a main building, a former salt warehouse and three small 16th-century houses, all of which house some 40 rooms. Brick walls, antique furniture, color palettes and exposed beams... You'll enjoy a charming elegance here, including in the delicious Tourbillon restaurant and the Nuxe spa, housed in an attractive vaulted cellar. Not to be missed are the two independent houses on offer: the 70 m2 Petite Maison for 6 people and the 200 m2 Grande Maison, which can accommodate up to 12 people. One of Honfleur's most popular addresses.
