Gault&Millau's review 2026

On the banks of the Meuse, opposite the Quai de la République, the former 19th-century officers' mess has been transformed into a 4-star hotel with character. Behind its beautiful white stone and red brick façade, 40 rooms are spread over three floors, with contemporary furnishings and sober decor punctuated by hints of color.
