Gault&Millau's review 2026

Place du Capitole, Hôtel Le Grand Balcon cultivates a well-deserved myth. Architect Jean-Philippe Nuel has sublimated the 1930s, blending the hotel's Art Deco heritage with a resolutely contemporary design. The 47 rooms come in a variety of styles, with a special mention for the Saint-Exupéry suite - entirely restored from period photos - whose legendary room 32 epitomizes the establishment's DNA: mythical, unique, timeless. In-room massages by prior arrangement.
