On the heights of Étretat, hidden among the tall trees of the Val Saint-Clair, this family-run hotel has been converted into a beautiful Anglo-Norman-style building, identifiable by its impressive keep. It now houses 25 charmingly different rooms, all inspired by personalities born in Normandy. Our favorites? The Pierre Loti suite, with its oriental decor and bow window, or the Guy de Maupassant suite, with its library-lounge facing the sea. An address that has become one of the jewels in Normandy's hotel crown, also acclaimed for its two excellent restaurants - Racines, led by chef David Senda Waguena, and the gastronomic restaurant, headed by chef Rodolphe Pottier.
