Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located on the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, this hotel is housed in a 1950s mansion with a magnificent glass roof, perfect for a drink or breakfast. Divided between this mansion and the nearby Villa Madile, the 21 rooms feature a chic country decor inspired by the flowers and landscapes of Brittany and Normandy. Most of them open onto a beautiful French garden refreshed by a pond, ideal for lazing on a deckchair before setting off to discover the string of beaches and Mont-Saint-Michel.
