Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located on the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, this hotel is housed in a 1950s mansion that has been extended with a magnificent glass-enclosed veranda—the perfect spot for a drink or breakfast. Spread between this mansion and the nearby Villa Madile, the property features 21 rooms decorated in a rustic-chic style inspired by the flowers and landscapes of Brittany and Normandy. Most rooms open onto a beautiful French garden featuring a pond, ideal for relaxing on a lounge chair before setting out to explore the string of beaches and Mont-Saint-Michel. Note: the gourmet restaurant La Table de l’Escu will delight lovers of regional cuisine.
