Gault&Millau's review 2026

This 4-star hotel nestled at the foot of the Alpilles in the village of Eygalières transforms every stay into an artistic interlude. The 12 rooms and 3 suites pay tribute to the painters who have lived in this Provencal bastide, immersing each guest in the world of a local artist. Right from the entrance, the reception counter and custom-designed lighting by Guy Bareff, together with a monumental painting by Gérard Drouillet, set the tone for this habitable art gallery. The hotel also features a heated swimming pool and a bistro designed by talented chef Christopher Hache.
