Gault&Millau's review 2026

In the heart of the Ardilouse golf course, La Baignoire welcomes guests from April to October, in an exceptional natural setting. The hotel offers 51 rooms and a separate loft, whose bathrooms were designed by architect Charlotte Perriand, whose iconic signature inspired the hotel's name. La Baignoire is also a seventies-style trattoria, with a disco ball and vintage decor. Cocktails and Italian specialities are shared in a convivial atmosphere. Every morning, the restaurant also serves breakfast. Well-being plays a central role in the life of the hotel: Spa, treatments, fitness room and even yoga classes invite you to let go. Between sport and relaxation, the hotel enjoys a privileged location on the Lacanau golf course, just a few minutes from the lake and the Atlantic Ocean, close to perfect surfing spots. A large swimming pool nestled in the heart of the forest completes the experience.
