JOST Lille clearly refuses to choose between a hotel, a hostel, a restaurant, and a living space. Located near the Wazemmes market since the summer of 2024, this hybrid establishment features 102 guest units, including standard rooms as well as more compact accommodations (dormitories and capsules), all arranged around a spacious common area. The true heart of the project is on the ground floor, featuring a food court, a bar, a coworking space, meeting rooms, a patio, and even karaoke booths. The idea is less about creating a hotel where people stay and more about inventing a place where people come to eat, work, meet, and go out. This concept is particularly in tune with Wazemmes’ cosmopolitan and down-to-earth identity.
