Gault&Millau's review2025
One of the warmest addresses in the resort, of which there is no shortage. We love the "cocoon chic" decor of the 24 suites, with their wood panelling and five-star bedding, as well as the excellence of the two restaurants, La Table de Jeanne, with its mountain bistro feel, and L'Ursus, led by the talented Clément Bouvier, who trained with Jean-François Piège. Equally warm and inviting, the spa features a jacuzzi, hammamn, sauna and a large swimming pool, not to mention a fitness room renowned for regularly welcoming the French ski team after their training sessions. And last but not least, a mention for the Panoramic, France's highest gourmet restaurant (at 3000m), also led by Maison Bouvier, and located on the large terrace at the top of the Grande Motte funicular.
