On the ground floor, the bar and restaurant L’Alcôve, beneath a beautiful, light-filled glass roof, embody this same contemporary chic with a remarkable cocktail menu and seasonal French cuisine reimagined by Chef Romain Schleiffer, who notably showcases heirloom vegetables from the Potager du Roi.
