On the banks of the Seine in Asnières-sur-Seine (Hauts-de-Seine), 10 minutes from La Défense and 15 minutes from the heart of Paris, this former modernist building from the 1960s has been redesigned in a minimalist style by architect Aurélien Cantegrel, with a decor that blends elegance and Italian modernism—wood paneling, brass, Carrara marble, soft lighting, and plush carpets. The 34 suites and apartments (ranging from 23 to 29 m²), bathed in natural light, all feature large floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the banks of the Seine and views of Paris from their balconies. A rare treat for this type of property. As for the atmosphere, the La Réserve lounge bar invites guests to unwind at the end of the day with a cocktail or coffee, nestled between the serene banks of the Seine and the bustling energy of the nearby capital.
