Gault&Millau's review 2025

A stone's throw from Avenue Montaigne, the former refuge of the Marquis de Sers has been transformed into a new-generation 5-star hotel that is both modern and respectful of its history, refined, welcoming and full of energy. The many loyal guests have made no mistake, flocking here for a drink with friends or to sample the remarkable bistronomic cuisine of chef Marie Chaboche. Following the same mantra - luxury and relaxation - the 52 rooms and suites combine period furniture and contemporary lighting, with velvet and thick carpets, some with delightful terraces.
