Gault&Millau's review 2026

In the fishing village of Carry-le-Rouet on the Côte Bleue, the Hôtel Bleu is anchored to the port as a matter of course. The hotel's rooms are inspired by Provençal cabanons, some with balconies overlooking the small port and its two hundred boats, with the limestone cliffs in the background. Fifty meters from Rouet beach and two hundred meters from the GR51 path linking the wild creeks, the hotel occupies a strategic position. The gourmet restaurant L'Oursin, led by chef Ilane Tinchant, celebrates local fish products, while the Spa Bleu by Phytomer completes the picture of this family-run address as a charming oasis where Marseille and its islands can be seen on the horizon.
